Dancing Ginkos Window Panels
14" x 14"
block, window panels or table runner
Fifteenth in the series of 14" x 14" Japanese Family Crests.
Designed as a companion piece to a wall hanging designed for Kona Bay’s
Asian Fabrics Magazine fall 2005 issue, Grannie ‘G’ has adapted these
stylized Ginko leaves from an Ancient Japanese Family Crest.
In addition to the regular 14" block this pattern includes instructions
for window panels or a table runner. Once you have this pattern any
applique pattern can be adapted to fit your decor.
A great way to use those fabulous Asian fabrics. Each pattern has
horizontal and vertical center lines to assist in placement of the full
sized and numbered pattern on the background fabric.
Step by step instructions describe the basted needle-turn method for
applique, the most portable of applique techniques.
