Pictured is one of the open jewelry attache cases
along with another closed. The one on the right is of a different
style internally, and the only external difference is the ones on
the web page have a textured exterior, so it won't show bumps and
scrapes so easily. The upper area holds necklaces; I have a pink
jade necklace I made with Hill Tribe silver pendant hanging from it.
Also in this portion there are elastic bands to hold necklaces "in
place," as well as a coverlet of black nylon fabric to protect the
necklaces from scratching other jewelry in the lower portion.
There are two velvet pads that lift out of the lower portion, one
is on end and displays the turquoise dyed mother of pearl squares
necklace that contains jet faceted beads and Swarvorski crystals.
It has a very nice, large sterling toggle clasp to make it easy to
get on and off. ($30) On the lower portion, laying flat is a TJ
Lane chatelaine ($60 Angel Cloud holder only), on a sterling
silver 30" rolo chain ($33.95) with hangers (ranging from $15 to
$30) that include a tussy mussy with the Jinny Beyer logo ($150),
a Jinny Beyer logo thimble ($80), a silver TJ Lane Quilt Odyssey
thimble with ruby in it ($100) and a the 1932 "art deco" watch
made from silverware ($68). The ring pad is removable; but ring
isn't for sale. Also in the box are a pair of chandalier sterling
silver earrings with freshwater dyed pearls and Swarvaroski
crystals ($25). The turquoise colored necklace can be ordered in
the colors you want; I make them up on an as needed basis. Beads
and pearls will vary according to suppliers.
