These designs are printed on premium pre-shrunk muslin in a
wash- out
ink which washes out easily after quilting is complete - do not wash
before quilting. Quilts are queen/full size. Backing is
extra.

Hobbs Tuscany Superwash Wool king size batting. We recommend the king size for the whole cloth
quilts for the kits because the standard measurements for a
Queen size batting are not quite enough to do one of the wholecloth kits in the Queen size. It is the best
wool batting I have come across; light, machine washable in cold
water without the risk of "shock," and so easy to needle its
like butter. It also drapes like a flannel and retains its
softness and loft. I'm a hundred percent sold on it for
hand quilting.
